Liability Waiver

By using WashAway services, you acknowledge and agree to the following liability terms:

Dearborn Ventures LLC and its operators shall not be liable for: damage, discoloration, or shrinkage of delicate or special-care garments; loss of undeclared valuable items; damage caused by incorrect washing instructions on labels; or normal wear resulting from the washing process.

In the event of proven damage directly attributable to WashAway's service, maximum liability is limited to the service fee paid for that specific order. Claims for sentimental value, market value of the garment, or lost profits will not be recognized.

We strongly recommend NOT including in the service: designer or high-value garments, silk, fine wool, or delicate material items, clothing with fragile embroidery or embellishments, or items with irreplaceable sentimental value.

By accepting this document, you declare that: you have reviewed the garments submitted, you are not including items of special value without prior notification, and you accept the stated liability limit.

Any claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery, with photographs of the damage. Late claims will not be considered.

By checking the acceptance box during the booking process, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this document in its entirety.
