Terms of Service

By using WashAway services, operated by Dearborn Ventures LLC, a Wyoming LLC (USA), you agree to these Terms of Service in full. WashAway operates as a complementary service to Dearborn Ventures LLC's marketing and entertainment activities.

WashAway is a pickup-and-delivery laundry service operating in the Urbari and Las Palmas neighborhoods of Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia. The service includes pickup, washing, drying, folding, Bolivian fruit fragrance scenting, and delivery.

Operating hours are Monday through Sunday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Bolivia time).

Current prices: Light Bag (up to 3kg) Bs. 45, Full Load (up to 6kg) Bs. 80, Heavy Traveler (up to 10kg) Bs. 130. Prices are subject to change with prior notice.

Payment is made via secure Stripe payment link or in bolivianos upon delivery. No upfront payment or deposit is required.

Service is exclusively available in the Urbari and Las Palmas neighborhoods of Santa Cruz de la Sierra. Requests outside this area cannot be accommodated.

WashAway will take maximum care of your garments. However, Dearborn Ventures LLC is not liable for: pre-existing damage, color changes due to fragrances on delicate fabrics, shrinkage of garments not suitable for machine washing, or loss of undeclared items.

WashAway's maximum liability for any damaged garment is limited to the service fee paid. We recommend not including high-value or irreplaceable garments.

You may cancel your order up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup at no cost. Late cancellations may incur a 20% charge of the service price.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, with Wyoming courts having exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes.
