WashAway operates under a model similar to SaaS applications. Data is processed and stored by trusted service providers (database platform, Stripe for payments, WhatsApp Business for messaging). Dearborn Ventures LLC acts as the data controller and these providers as processors.
Order data is retained for 12 months for customer support and legal compliance purposes, after which it is securely deleted.
