Data Processing Agreement

Data Controller: Dearborn Ventures LLC, 930 Washington Avenue Suite 210-80, Miami Beach, FL 33139

Data Processors: Technology service providers contracted by Dearborn Ventures LLC to operate the WashAway platform.

Personal data processing is carried out for the sole purpose of managing laundry orders, coordinating pickup and delivery logistics, and communicating with customers via WhatsApp.

Identification data (name), contact data (phone number), location data (address), and service preference data. No special categories of sensitive data are processed.

Dearborn Ventures LLC commits to: providing clear instructions to processors, ensuring data is used only for declared purposes, informing data subjects about processing, and managing data subject rights requests.

Data processors commit to: processing data only per controller instructions, implementing adequate security measures, not sub-contracting without prior authorization, and notifying security breaches within 72 hours.

Data may be transferred to servers located in the United States. Such transfers are made under adequate safeguards in accordance with applicable laws.

This agreement is in effect while WashAway services are being provided and customer data is being processed.
